Certain services on the platform require payment. All payments are processed securely through the Bank of Maldives (BML) payment gateway. We do not store or have access to full debit or credit card details.
If you opt for recurring or subscription based services, you authorise us to automatically charge the applicable service fees based on the selected billing cycle until cancelled.
Refunds: Refunds are not guaranteed and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Transaction information may be shared with Bank of Maldives or relevant financial institutions to process refunds, disputes, or chargebacks.
Record Retention: The Cardholder is advised to retain copies of all transaction records, payment confirmations, receipts, and a copy of these Terms of Use and any applicable policies or rules for their records and for reference in the event of queries and disputes.
Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our Services, you consent to our collection, use, and disclosure of information as described in our Privacy Policy. Our data handling practices comply with Maldivian data protection laws.
The content, features, and functionality of our Services are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works based on the content of our Services without our written consent.
